ReplyDeleteI think that they are both to blame. Steven and Hollis were both in the car at the time, it was just an accident and none of the people in the car were harmed. I would say that Steven is to blame because he was showing Hollis different ways to control the car when they lost control. Hollis is to blame because she was driving the car and not being careful.

ReplyDeleteI think it was both their falt because they made a poor choice to go up to the top of the mountan themselves. Hollis should not blame herself that much like she did in the story, because all she wanted was to see the top. Also she never would of even thought of soming happening like that, but they did go up there alone which bad things can happen. So hollis had to go back down and risk her life because of her hurt ankle.

ReplyDeleteIt was both to blame because they didn't get premission from the Old Man. Another thing is they both weren't of age.
Stevens wasn't so post to driving at his age. He has no write to drive because he is not at age.
Hollis is to blame too because she should not ask with out premission.
I think it is both of their faults because Hollis knew the old man's mountain was dangerous and slippery. It is also Steven's fault because the old man always told Steven the mountains were dangerous too. He also knew that he wasn't supposed to do it. He was just trying to help Hollis. They both didn't get permission to go anywhere.
